1. Check the label on your Xfinity router

Most Xfinity routers have a sticker on the back or bottom showing:

• Wi-Fi Network Name (SSID)

• Wi-Fi Password (Password, Wireless Key, or Network Key)

In most cases, this is the fastest way to get your password. If needed, write it down so you don’t forget it.

2. Use the Xfinity App or Website

The Xfinity App (iOS or Android) or My Account website allows you to:

• View your Wi-Fi password

• Change the password

• Share Wi-Fi access easily

This is especially useful if the router label is hard to read or missing.

3. Routers with a display

Some Xfinity routers come with a small LCD screen that shows the Wi-Fi password. You may need to navigate through a simple menu to find it.

4. Devices already connected

On Windows

• Open Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi → Network Properties

• View the saved password

On Mac

• Open Keychain Access, find your network, and reveal the password

On iPhone / iPad

• Settings → Wi-Fi → Tap your network → Password (if using iCloud Keychain)

On Android

• Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi → Saved networks → View password

5. Reset your Xfinity router

If all else fails:

• Press the reset button on the back of the router

• A new password will be created
  ⚠️ All devices will need to reconnect using the new password
