Your Wi-Fi password is needed to connect your phone, tablet or computer to the internet.

1. Check the label on your BT Hub
Most BT Hubs have a sticker on the back or bottom showing:
Wi-Fi network name (SSID)
Wi-Fi password
This is the easiest solution.
